REFUNDS

  1. We do not accept returns on packages that have been opened. Products must be new, in their original condition, unused.

  3. If for some reason you want to return a product whose packaging has not been opened: you can do so within 7 working days from the day you received your order.
  4. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the products are re-arrived at our headquarters.
  5. The cost of the products can be refunded in these cases. The refund is for the retail cost of the products ONLY, NOT the shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted unless its administrator My Bobo deems that these can be carried out – under specific conditions that will be stated before the start of the exchange process.
